Greg Genovese

FOUNDER & CEO

As Founder and CEO of USG Realty Capital, Mr. Genovese leads and manages all aspects of the company’s real estate securities operations. Throughout his 30 years in the real estate and securities industries, Mr. Genovese has held executive management and leadership roles for some of the country’s preeminent real estate securities, raising new investment equity for various alternative investment platforms, private placements, REITs, 1031 exchange programs, debt and IPO offerings. Additionally, Mr. Genovese serves as CEO and Co-Manager of Investors Choice OZ Fund. With experience and expertise in such diverse areas of the financial securities industry, Mr. Genovese is regularly called on by the nation’s most-noted and well-regarded media groups to speak on topics related to alternative investments. Mr. Genovese continues to contribute to CNBC, Fox Business, GlobeSt.com, REIT.com, REIT Café, Business News Network and many other broadcast and print outlets. Mr. Genovese earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with an applied concentration in Investment and Business Economics from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA as well as advanced postgraduate degrees from both Claremont Graduate University and Stanford University. Mr. Genovese is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), holding Series 6, 7, 22 and 63 licenses, and is an active member and contributor to various trade organizations including NAREIT, ADISA and Institute of Portfolio Alternatives, as well as a life member of the FPA (Financial Planning Association). In addition, Mr. Genovese is a founding shareholder of Bay Commercial Bank headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA and Alpha Omega Winery in Napa, CA, as well as a board member for the U.S. chapter of Right to Play (charity that uses sports and play to enhance child development in disadvantaged areas), and the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame.

Kim Hansen

PRINCIPAL, CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT OVERSIGHT & HUMAN RESOURCES

Kim Hansen is a Principal and Chief Accounting Officer, and Director of Development Oversight and Human Resources for USG Realty Capital, bringing notable experience in strategic human resource planning and with federal & state law compliance. She manages the accounting and oversight for all areas of the company. Additionally, Ms. Hansen also serves as Treasurer and Secretary for Investor’s Choice OZ Fund. Ms. Hansen has over 25 years of experience in business management and accounting. Prior to joining USG, she worked as a consultant helping both start-ups and established companies reorganize and increase profitability. Ms. Hansen also has experience in development and construction, with roots dating back to her first job working with her father who was a general contractor. After graduating high school, Ms. Hansen continued her studies in Accounting and Business Management at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington.

Vic Belfiore

Mr. Belfiore, Director, Operations, and Inside Sales for USG Realty Capital has over 30 years of Capital Markets experience. He also serves as Director of Inside Sales and Product Specialist for Investor’s Choice OZ Fund, LLC. Mr. Belfiore started his career in equity sales and trading at Montgomery Securities. Later, he opened and managed the west coast office of BB&T Capital Markets for thirteen years. Mr. Belfiore has also served in operations and advisory capacities for both Merrill Lynch and Stifel Financial in their private wealth divisions. Mr. Belfiore earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Washington and his Masters of Science Degree in Exercise & Sports Science/Sports Administration at the University of Florida. Mr. Belfiore is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), holding Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He has been an active member of the San Francisco Security Traders Association (SFSTA) and has been an active board member at De La Salle High School Alumni Association and the Pleasant Hill Baseball Association.
