Market Square Apartments will be an eight-story building comprised of 176 apartment units and one ground floor retail space, with amenities including first and second floor internal courtyards; laundry rooms; two resident lounge spaces with kitchen and dining areas; a fitness center; bike storage; a top floor clubhouse; rooftop pet area; and rooftop deck with views of Mt. Rainier and Commencement Bay. The property is fully entitled and scheduled to break ground later this year.
