Dimitri K. Katsanos serves as a consultant for USG Realty Capital, focused on financial analytics and social impact reporting. He is based in Washington, DC. Mr. Katsanos is the Founder and Managing Director of DimiCor Research consultants, an established research consultancy providing Social Impact Reports and Financial Analytics solutions across several real estate industry verticals. Prior to DRC, Mr. Katsanos was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. At Matthews, he underwrote national tenants in the net lease sector and assisted with 1031 Exchanges and NNN transactions for quick-service retail assets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Katsanos was a Co-Founder and Product Manager for a startup that was accepted into Newlab, a selective innovation and prototyping hub in New York City. Mr. Katsanos earned his B.S. in Finance and Operations & Analytics from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he competed on the Men’s Heavyweight Rowing team.
